This is a beautiful version of the 1920's Cloche Hat H001 from Sparrow. The original pattern was from a felt works company in Chicago.
It was designed for them to promote their 'new' fabric - wool felt, and was promoted so every woman could be her own home milliner.

Below are two other photos of another view from this same pattern. It's the first version shown on the cover, however, instead of the felt flowers, a band was placed around the brim with a decorative flower arrangement.
